Glenna is a disputes lawyer specializing in corporate and commercial litigation and international arbitration. She has advised and represented clients in a wide range of high-value and complex disputes, including shareholder and corporate disputes, fraud and asset recovery claims, insolvency matters, judicial review proceedings, and international arbitration.

Combining rigorous legal analysis with a practical and commercially minded approach, Glenna works closely with clients to navigate challenging disputes and achieve their strategic objectives.

Glenna graduated from the University of Birmingham with First Class Honours. Prior to joining Siraj Omar LLC, she practised with the disputes team of  with one of the Big Four firms in Singapore.

• Representing a director and Singapore-incorporated financial technology company in successfully defending a claim for misrepresentation, unlawful means conspiracy and unjust enrichment in the purchase of cryptocurrency assets in the Singapore International Commercial Court, which was successfully upheld by the Court of Appeal – da Silveira, Virgilio Tarrago and another v Hashstacs Pte Ltd and another [2025] 2 SLR 437.

• Representing a Singapore-incorporated mining company affiliated with companies in Indonesia and the United States in successfully obtaining judgment for unlawful means conspiracy, fraud, dishonest assistance and breach of trust, which was successfully upheld by the Appellate Division – Gangadhara Brhmendra Srikanth Maroju v Epoch Minerals Pte Ltd [2023] 1 SLR 137.

• Representing a Southeast Asian government in resisting enforcement of arbitral award under International Commerce of Chambers Rules.

• Representing an Indian logistics company in an arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Rules in relation to disputes arising out of a shareholders’ agreement and an employment agreement.
